Realestate Agent amongst the Top 20 Greatest Places to Work

Great Places to Work Awards 2015 was an initiative of Great Place to Work Institute in collaboration with LMD and Ceylon Chamber of Commerce. Analysis of the organisations required hefty work as more than 60 companies, over 12000 employees were considered and measured the quality of the employee experience by using two tools [International Trust Index / Culture Audit] for this awards.

Prime Lands was one of the organisations that were listed amongst the top 20 organisations of this awards and is the only real estate agent in the awards recipient list. Prime Lands group started its’ operations back in the year 1995; their mission was too direct but they meant every word of it “committed to create a better place on earth”.
