Holiday bungalow with 5 bed rooms (all rooms with 2 single beds) and 4 fully

tiled bathrooms with instant hot water geysers in all bathrooms. Bungalow

overlooks the knuckles mountain range and is situated at kataluoya estate,

Thawalanthenna  in the Panwila Pradeshiya Sabawa. 160km from Colombo

and about 60km from Kandy. Ideal for nature and wild life lovers with very

quite/calm nature/wild life all around.

Can accommodate 10 adults + 5 children comfortably. Need discuss and

permission needs to be sought for any additions at extra charge. Families

preferred.

Families preferred. Cook provided at a cost per day . These charges will cover 3 meals perday. Guests need to bring in all provisions for cooking purposes.  Dinner will be served between 9-11pm latest and guests are expected not worry the staff

beyond 11pm for consuming their dinner.

BBQ machine available but the guests need to bring in charcoal and the

meat to cook.

Bungalow is equipped with 46” LED TV with dialog TV connection, Music

system, Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, Carom board, Draft, Chess board,

Playing cards etc. Additional charges involve for using the pool table.

Sizable outdoor playing area with Basket Ball Ring/basket ball, cricket

bats/balls, soccer ball, badminton rackets provided.  Scenic views with nature

walks and hiking up to knuckles mountain range can be arranged.

Last 2Km of the road is very bad due to recent rains therefore bungalow is

not reachable by cars at present. Either 4WD or Vans/Mini-Busses

recommended.

Bungalow consists of 5 Rooms (3 Rooms are having attached bathrooms with

hot water). Sleeps 10 adluts and 5 children.
