Water how important it is when purchasing your Land, House or the Apartment…
It is important that we consider and concentrate on all aspects prior purchasing whether it is a land, a house or an apartment. However there are four factors that anyone should consider before making the purchase. These factors may change according to your requirement; if it is a land you may think of your future house, if it is a house that is already built you may think of settling there or an apartment that would be the ideal settlement.
Water – Water is one of the key components that is also a must have when it comes to buying a new land. There are many ways that you could get a land to build your house and there are number of buyer, real estate companies and real estate agents that you could buy this land from. It is important that you make sure the land has access to the water. Since it is a land we cannot make plans with regards to the future.
However if it is a house it is a must that we not only consider the access to the water line but also check whether the house has a method such as a water tank that could store water to; this is important so that our daily lives will not be effected by water cuts etc. It would be an advantage if you have a ‘Well’ in the land area of the house or if you are in a position to get the ‘Well’ constructed after your purchase of the house. However you have to make sure that you use the ‘Well’ regularly so that water in the ‘Well’ will not go bad.
It is a different case when I come to the apartments. As we know apartment culture is sort of building a society that lives together in one building. Usually apartment complexes have this welfare society that looks after the needs and requirements of the apartment and also the solution for cases such as water cuts etc. Some of the apartments however have storage facility that caters to all the residents at least for a day, but this will not be suffice if the water cut is a longer one. Therefore we can consider that apartment complexes has to improve their culture also when purchasing a land or a house water is the key factor to look into.
