3 bedrooms US$75.00 per night + bills (see below) – 6 adults maximum
Utilities Payable
Electricity: usage only, based on meter readings, currently Rs. 60.00 per unit
Payment: at the end of one week stay or deposit paid at commencement for stays of longer duration
Water: first 4 units per week free of charge, thereafter Rs. 150.00 per unit.
Gas: fair usage free of charge.
