The villa is located in Dikwella, about 22 km from the highway exit point at Matara. There is ongoing work to extend the highway all the way to Hambantota, with its new International Airport.
Today the villa is utilized as Guesthouse and for the convenience of myself and my wife, when low season. The villa has 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen and a spacious veranda.
Absolutely beautiful location with the beach just in front of the encompassed veranda. Here you can enjoy total privacy and have a relaxed lifestyle. Another advantage is that Dikwella town is in close reach for convenient shopping.
One of the main features includes old coral reefs close to the beach. At the western end, swimmers can snorkel out from the beach to watch colorful reef fish. In springtime, turtles lay their eggs, digging deep holes in the sand to protect their offspring.
The house is newly renovated from top to bottom. The building has a surrounding wall and a sliding gate. Inside the gate is a sealed car parking area situated.
The property has Wifi, electricity and community water. For remote control, the building is equipped with a security system over internet, with cameras strategically placed.
Further, both bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans.
