Our clear market focus, high level of financial discipline and innovative approaches to the market has made us the market leader in the real estate sector (Land Development) of Sri Lanka. Our subsidiary company, Prime land residencies, was formed as a result of the amalgamation of Prime Homes (Pvt) Ltd and Living Homes (Pvt) Ltd on January 2016. It was introduced with the Objective of constructing and selling luxury and semi- luxury houses and apartment complexes to meet modern residential needs in prime locations within Colombo and its suburbs.

In addition, we are proud to place on record that by the end 2013, we had successfully completed over 1000 real estate projects, while ongoing database of projects amounted to over 272 land projects that were in the process of being marketed.
