The company is steered by the Chairman Mr. Gerrard Fernando, who is a self-made and well-known successful business entrepreneur in the area. The operations of the company are handled by Mr. Rohitha Abeygunarathne – Managing Director, who possesses a wealth of experience in the property development industry segment having held key managerial positions in a leading property development company in the early period of his illustrious career. They are the members of the Board of Directors of the company. The visionary leadership, business acuemanship and far –sighted decision making coupled with proper implementation and follow up actions of the directors have contributed greatly to transform the company which was started in a smaller way into its present condition achieving the envisaged goals amidst many challenges.
