Today I went to Akkaraipattu branch Sampath bank to deposit cash. The enterence was blocked by bikes parked. When I informed to security, he answered in ignored way, and shouted at me to talk to manager. When I informed the manager he shouted at me and misbehaved. He said that " he cant change the attitute of human" and challenged at me to talk to head office. Poor customer service. No complaint handling, no value to feedback. He talked in a dirty way. No respect for customers. I will never recommend this bank to any friends or family members
