The two twin-bed first-floor Kumu Bedrooms are the cheapest of the 10, however they’re fairly small and work best for solo travellers or children whose parents occupy a nearby Oceanview Bedroom (larger, well-proportioned rooms with big king-sized four-poster beds). All rooms are stylishly arranged. Herringbone coir rugs top off-white terrazzo floors and all rooms have televisions, minibars, coffee machines, terraces or balconies (except Kumu Bedrooms) and en-suite bathrooms with pebble-floored shower areas.
The Oceanview Suites are absolutely huge and have lounges too; first-floor suite 11 (in case you’re confused, there’s no room number four as it’s considered an inauspicious number) is ideal for honeymooners as it’s especially private and has, arguably, the juiciest ocean views.
