Cabinet sub-committee that was appointed to probe the recent petrol crisis says that the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation should take the responsibility for the recent petrol crisis.
The sub-committee noted that the CPC’s failure to maintain sufficient stocks was the main cause of the issue.
Sub-committee Chairman Minister Dr. Sarath Amunugama handed over the relevant report to the President at the cabinet meeting yesterday (14) at the parliamentary complex.
